We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Receive a faulty item?
We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please send an email to [email protected] immediately with the following information:
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. All labels must still be attached to return the goods. Item(s) cannot be returned if the label has been cut/removed.
If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support!
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. How can I exchange my item?
If you want a size exchange after receiving your items, please send an email to Boomglide@outlook.com immediately with the following information:
Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed, or used in any way with all labels attached, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene, and wear and tear. Item(s) cannot be exchanged if the label has been cut/removed.
The customer will be required to cover any costs involved in order to exchange your goods. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services.
Note: Once the return/exchange/refund claims approve, please send out items within 7 days. Otherwise, the claims would be invalid.
All claims for size exchange must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
3. I entered the wrong item/shipping address. What do I do?
We can change your item/shipping address before the item ships. Just email Boomglide@outlook.com immediately with the following information:
We are unable to make any changes or amendments to your order if your order shipped.
REFUNDS: Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items. We will refund after your return item is received back at our facility and all details are confirmed. However, we do treat each return on a case-by-case basis, and cash refunds are eligible. Once it is confirmed that the refund policy is met, it will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days.
4. REFUNDS FOR LARGE BULK ORDERS / TEAM ORDERS
Due to the nature of large team orders, all orders with more than 15 apparel items are final sales. As all large team orders require our manufacturing team to produce more than necessary to accommodate for your large order than we typically do for inventory.
We highly encourage you to place an order for a sample before proceeding with a larger order to ensure all aspects of the kit meet your expectations.
If there is a sizing issue with your large team order, do reach out to us and we will try our best to come up with a resolution.
5. REFUNDS FOR PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Due to the nature of personalized and customer orders, any order that has any type of personalization on the jersey is a final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Personalizations that void the refund and exchange of your product include the following:

Custom Face/Logo On Jersey
Custom Jersey designed using Bicycle Booth Design Station
Custom Jersey produced using Design files provided by You.
6. RETURN POLICY
If you want to return the goods after receiving the goods, please send an email to Boomglide@outlook.com immediately. After the customer service personnel agree, you can return the goods and attach the returned logistics number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping and taxes for the returned merchandise. Shipping and taxes are non-refundable.
If it is our error, we may or may not ask you to ship the item back.
If you ship more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the package is lost or damaged during the return, you will be responsible for the consequences of the return.
7. RETURNING ITEMS NOT AUTHORIZED FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE
If you return an item not authorized to be returned to us, Boomglide withdraws all responsibility for the items being returned and cannot be held accountable. Items will not be returned to the sender.
